Paul B. Lauve

Paul was raised in Alexandria, Louisiana. He began practicing law in 1998. Early on, Paul represented insurance companies – defending nursing homes, hospitals and other health care providers. After several years in this field, Paul moved his family to Florida where he broadened his practice to include nursing home and assisted living facility regulation.

Then came 9/11. As with just about everyone, Paul and his wife Stephanie wanted to be closer to family. Several months later, they moved back to Louisiana where the focus of Paul’s practice changed to “injured people”.

His father, retired 9th Judicial District Judge Lewis “Buddy” Lauve, taught Paul and his siblings that “successful lawyers” are those with satisfied clients. When you hire Paul, you can rest assured – he believes in your claim. When you call, you will speak to Paul – not a “claims handler”. He will work hard to provide you with sound legal advice and resolve your claim through a favorable settlement or will take it to trial.

Paul joined McGlynn, Glisson & Mouton in April of 2002. Because of his past experience, he immediately took on the firm’s nursing home litigation files. He has since broadened his practice to include all forms of medical malpractice as well as major personal injury claims. Having recovered millions of dollars for his clients, Paul knows that every claim has value.

Your claim is personal to you. You will not be treated like a number at McGlynn, Glisson & Mouton. You can always expect to hear the truth about your claim, even if it’s not what you want to hear. Paul and the other lawyers at McGlynn, Glisson & Mouton have built their reputations through hard work, honesty and by caring for their clients. A large portion of their clients are referred by fellow lawyers, former clients, and sometimes, even treating doctors.

If you or a loved one has been injured through no fault of your own, don’t question your decision to hire an attorney to pursue your claim. Let Paul or one of the other attorneys at McGlynn, Glisson & Mouton put your mind at ease.
