Founding Partner

Since his admission to the bar in 1985, Danny McGlynn has developed an expertise in automobile, industrial and maritime accidents, product liability, medical malpractice and pharmaceutical and drug side effect cases. He has also been consulted on medical malpractice cases in the United Kingdom, Canada and Israel.

Danny is a frequent lecturer for LSU and Southern University law schools, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. He has also lectured extensively at seminars across the country involving trial, litigation and medical malpractice issues.

In addition to his significant legal pursuits, including numerous large trial verdicts in jurisdictions across the country, Danny is actively involved in the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Downtown Development District and Mid-City Redevelopment Alliance.
