Reglan & Tardive Dyskinesia
A proven track record of success

Our evaluation process (specific to Reglan cases) is simple. You must meet the following Criteria:

  1. You must have taken Reglan or generic metoclopramide prescribed by a Dr or other licensed health care professional for MORE THAN THREE (3) MONTHS;
  2. You must have a diagnosis of TD, to include TARDIVE DYSKINESIA, TARDIVE DYSTONIA, TARDIVE AKATHESIA or PARKINSONISM or SIGNIFICANT SYMPTOMATOLOGY consistent with TD - not caused by a different condition. See attached list of potential symptoms and diagnostic features;
  3. You must NOT HAVE TAKEN ANTIPSYCHOTIC MEDICATIONS (see list) prior to your diagnosis of TD (some exceptions may apply in severe cases.);
  4. Your diagnosis and\or symptoms MUST OCCUR FOLLOWING YOUR USE OF REGLAN metoclopramide - not before;
  5. Your claim must fall within the applicable statute of limitations. This can be a difficult, time sensitive evaluation. Do not delay in contacting an attorney.
  • Some exceptions may apply in severe cases.
  • A formal diagnosis of TD (to include Tardive Dyskinesia, Tardive Dystonia or Tardive Akathesia) is not necessary, but you must be substantially impaired or significantly affected by one or more of the many TD symptoms (see potential symptoms list). Insignificant and/or minor claims cannot be accepted.
  • Antipsychotic or other medication induced TD cases are more difficult to evaluate than Reglan cases and require more complete information. Please complete and submit the attached questionnaire.
  • Time limits for filing TD claims are often complicated, so please do not delay in submitting your claim for evaluation.
