Ben Mouton is the head of the Medical Malpractice Section
Patrick B. Kennedy, Jr. became of counsel with the firm in
2004 after 12 years of private practice.
Mr. Kennedy’s areas of practice include all aspects of family law,
(including divorce, custody, visitation, interstate custody disputes,
intrafamily adoptions, and property partitions) as well as criminal defense,
construction liens and litigation, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Kennedy earned his law degree from the Paul
M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1992.
He received a B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1986.
