Ben Mouton is the head of the Medical Malpractice Section

Doug Littlejohn joined the firm in 2006 and is attorney who specializes in business and commercial litigation; contract formation, review and negotiation; business organization and formation; franchise formation; real estate and lease law; sales litigation; employment law and worker’s compensation; and general civil litigation.  Throughout his legal career, Doug has represented both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in complex civil litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Doug was an Associate with one of Louisiana’s largest law firms where he specialized in civil litigation, with emphasis in commercial litigation, toxic tort defense and federal environmental liability.  He is counsel for several local and regional small businesses, as well as the general counsel for a national franchise company. He is the co-author of two nationally publicized articles for the American Corporate Counsel Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2003 and 2005, respectively.
